One-on-One Yoga Class:
Come
and enjoy a dynamic, gentle workout that combines breath with movement to enhance
physical health and improve mental and emotional balance. The hour-long class
will be led by Acharya Bharat. Over the last 20 years, Bharat has been sharing
yoga with people who have little or no experience and has applied Yogic practices
to overcome common diseases such as back pain, arthritis, insomnia and digestive
disorders.
Acharya Bharat offers individual and
personal Yoga classes to manage common diseases. He will develop a personalized
Yoga program to address your unique needs.
